Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Saint Louis, MO.
I had another agent that I really liked but stumbled upon Rob while on this site. I decided to interview Rob and during that process he really impressed us, enough that we decided to use him rather than the agent I was much more familiar with. My house is sold and I couldn't be happier, Rob did an amazing job in selling my house and did so prior to it even be officially on the market. I could say he did this and did that but I don’t think I would do it justice, the bottom line is he did everything he said he could and more. I would highly recommend Rob to anyone and have actually already done so. If you are reading this my suggestion would be have him over and meet him because I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Working with Rob was a great experience. He was diligent in helping me locate and work with the sellers to negotiate a price. Rob did a great job of keeping me informed and laying out all of my options. He's personable and easy to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone who's looking to purchase a home.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Pevely, MO.
We were forced to short-sale our house because of job relocation. Rob and his team handled all of the details masterfully. He knows this business better than any realtor I've ever met. Most of all, he treated us with as much respect and attention that he gives to his customers who are in the market for million dollar homes. He constantly went out of his way to explain things to us so we understood the process step by step. I fear to think what might have happened to us if we would have decided to use a differently Real Estate Professional. He and his team get our highest recommendation!

Bought a home in 2013.
Being a first time home buyer, I was nervous about the process of buying a home. My brother recommended me to Rob Shanks. Rob was very knowledgable and helpful throughtout the whole process. He took care of any concerns I might of had and did so with patience.By the time we bought a house it was better than what we could of expected and we are very happy. I really enjoyed working with Rob Shanks and highly recommend him to anyone that is buying or selling a home.

Bought a home in 2013.
Rob is the kind of guy you meet once and feel like he is an old friend. We were looking for a new home and many of the other realtors we had workers with we're not willing to look in our limited price point. The would only show us homes that meet their requirements.
Rob meet with us on short notice and was willing to look at homes for weeks. Once we found the perfect home he was our rock of confidence as we made every mistake in the book.
I could not recommend Rob more than to say that my next home will have his name on the papers. That much is shire.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $125K in Saint Louis, MO.
Rob was very detailed fromt the start, provided regular updates on progress, communicated any issues that arose and gave his insite to remedy them. By following Rob's recommendations, I sold the home for more than I would have otherwise. I would certainly use Rob again in the future and would highly recommend him to friends and family.

What sets Rob apart from other realtors is that he genuinely CARES about his clients. He gave great recommendations when it came to listing our current home for lease as well as what to look for in our new home. All of the tools he uses are up with modern technology and that made this process very easy. I would highly recommend him to all my family and friends.

Before working with Rob, I would have never considered using an agent as a buyer. However, Rob's exceptional understanding of the market (especially in northern Jefferson County), his incredibly prompt responses, and his guidance throughout the entire purchasing process were paramount to the success of my home purchase.

Bought a home in 2012.
I was referred to Rob by my uncle after starting to look for my first house. Working with Rob was a great experience. Rob was very familiar with the area I was searching in. Even though I located the house that I eventually purchased, Rob already knew everything about the home as soon as I told him the address. He was always available to answer my questions and was overall very knowledgeable. The house I bought was a short sale and Rob's experience dealing in short sales was very helpful. I have already sent another member of my family to Rob.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $200K in O Fallon, MO.
We have used Rob several times over the last 6 years. Rob is a Master at selling homes. He goes the extra mile throughout the process from professional photography of the home, staging, etc. Both homes Rob listed for us sold in less than 2 weeks in bad markets for top of the market pricing.
Rob is also incredible at negotiating during the purchase process.
