Closed refinance loan.Summary:
Rocco was a pleasant to work with.
I got the best possible rate from him.
Everything went smoothly and on time.
He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction.
There was a new regulation in effect so Rocco helped me get around that.
Instead of escrowing my taxes and insurance or buying the rate down to a lower rate, I had to pay my loan balance down, which worked out fine with me because I absolutely did not want to escrow my taxes and insurance.
I have recommended my family and friends to go with him.…More Less

Closed refinance loan. Danville, CASummary:
I just closed a refinance loan with Rocco. We had a 45 day lock, but we ended up closing in 35 days. The rate and fees offered by Rocco were the best that I received from my Zillow request, and once we locked in with Rocco, those fees were almost spot on with the settlement statement we signed at closing. Rocco's communitcation was excellent. He was thorough and quick in his responses, even though I am on the West Coast and he is in the Mid-West, I never had an issue with an untimely response. He was friendly and knowledgable. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to Rocco and if I am in need of a loan in the future, my first call will be to Rocco. I could not image the refinance process going any smoother than it did for me.…More Less

Closed refinance loan. Newton, MASummary:
Highly dissatified after conducting a refinancing through Emery Federal with Rocco Tenaglia. Always seemed to be doing the minimum to collect his fee, I needed to do all of the work to ensure my interests were being adequately considered. The ultimate mistake was "locking" in a rate with the wrong bank, at a higher rate than we had already discussed. It was fixed, but he acted like it just happens. Without pushing on him, I would have had the wrong loan at a higher rate.
