Would recommend using Rocco for anyone looking for an honest straight forward loan person to do your mortgage. I was very comfortable using this company and everyone associated with my refinancing. They were all pleasant at all times and anytime I called, Rocco was available to speak to me or called me back within a short period of time. I was very happy with the service I received.

My experience with Mortgage First on my refinancing was as good as I could have expected. I had no problems along the way. The person assigned to be my processor kept me informed at all times whenever I contacted to find out what was going on with my loan. Rocco was very quick with returning e-mails and getting my loan locked in at the rate he promissed. I would use them again if I needed, and would also recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage.

I had a great experience with Mr. Tenaglia. His automated quotes are consistently among the best, and then his GFE's are the same as his quotes - - UNLIKE some of the other lenders on Zillow. Also, I needed a pre-approval letter in a hurry for my particular situation, and Mr. Tenaglia went above & beyond what anyone could ask for to deliver. He's earned 5 stars from me, though in all fairness I need to point out that I did not close the loan. The only reason I did not proceed with and close on the loan is that the deal on my end could not go forward. If we find another opportunity or need for a mortgage I will come back and look for a quote from "Rocco" first thing.

I had a very good experience with Rocco from Mortgage First. My loan closed in less than 30 days, everything was done very easily and they were very professional at all times. There was always someone around to answer questions whenever I called, and I was always kept up to date on the progress.

Rocco helped me close my loan and I was very pleased with the service provided. He was prompt in answering my questions and providing me with any help needed with filling out paper work, etc. I've worked with other companys in the past and I felt Rocco was the most professional and helpful person I've dealt with yet.
