I just closed a refinance loan with Rocco. We had a 45 day lock, but we ended up closing in 35 days. The rate and fees offered by Rocco were the best that I received from my Zillow request, and once we locked in with Rocco, those fees were almost spot on with the settlement statement we signed at closing. Rocco's communitcation was excellent. He was thorough and quick in his responses, even though I am on the West Coast and he is in the Mid-West, I never had an issue with an untimely response. He was friendly and knowledgable. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to Rocco and if I am in need of a loan in the future, my first call will be to Rocco. I could not image the refinance process going any smoother than it did for me.
