However, if you live in a town of about 21,000 and have a  hybrid wolf, and are selling a house your identity might be somewhat easy to figure out.As far as firing your agent, I would recommend that if you haven't gotten anywhere with your concerns directly with the agent that he/she might not be living up to the marketing promises made to you, or other problems, contact the managing broker and request another agent.

You're probably using a dollar sign or commas, or both. Try it with just the numbers.

slm3212,I'm not sure where to begin here. To me, one could interpret your post to mean that you think if you stick a sign in the yard somehow magically the house is listed in the MLS and on Zillow. Maybe you have signed with a flat-fee company that has promised these things and hasn't delivered yet. If this is not the case, for your house to get posted for sale on Zillow, a good place to start would be this  link. For your house to appear in the MLS,it has to be entered by a Realtor. That can be a MLS entry only, one that offers services on an a la carte basis, or a traditional full service Realtor.
