LUCIAB,I would ignore the zestimate and instead talk to at least four realtors. Have them work up CMAs, and from that info you should be able to establish a realistic listing price. Refer to my blog in my first answer for more on this strategy. Most Realtors will be willing to do this at no charge in hopes that you will use them for representation.

Neal,It looks like you solved the problem. All I can say is WOW! Care to post how you resolved the issue, and if you were running a pc or a mac. I've been helping a few people with this issue by having them use picasa, but if you have something to add, it would be appreciated.
