LUCIAB,There's a few listed on the first link below in Hemet that you might want to first do some research on. You might want to look at their profiles, and even how well you felt they participated in discussions. If they seem truly helpful, that certainly would be a plus. If they were just promoting themslves or the usual NAR bs, I would skip them in a heartbeat. The second link will provide some interview tips. I certainly wouldn't rely on tools found to calculate a house's worth on any internet sites. Below are two links. The first is on selecting an agent and arriving at a listing price. The second is on doing a FSBO. You should be able to formulate some sort of plan from the info provided in both of them.
