btcountess,If you're going to appear in the MLS, some of them have in their rules that any yard sign must show a RE agency affiliation. Many of the flat -fee companies provide signs for this reason, and of course just like all the full service ones to advertise themselves. Other than that, you might want to check this  company out. I don't know anything personally about them and as far as a sign goes, you may be able to do better locally, and possibly get something for brochures at Home Depot or Lowes, but please don't get your sign there. clydesim,I'm not an agent, but I stayed at Holiday Inn Express once and for what they're worth here are my thoughts on the matter.I think most agents will tell you that homes that are hard sold rarely make it all the way through closing, and those that do are problematic afterwards. Agents exist on referrals and they truly want a win-win situation whenever possible.

HybridWolf52,As long as no one knows the association between your screen name, your email, and your real identity other than Zillow, I'm confident that you will not be revealed by anyone as the source of the questions. However, if you live in a town of about 21,000 and have a  hybrid wolf, and are selling a house your identity might be somewhat easy to figure out.As far as firing your agent, I would recommend that if you haven't gotten anywhere with your concerns directly with the agent that he/she might not be living up to the marketing promises made to you, or other problems, contact the managing broker and request another agent.

You're probably using a dollar sign or commas, or both. Try it with just the numbers.
