    Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $575K in Rancho Bernardo, San Diego, CA.
    Rocky was terrific and trustworthy real estate professional. When my wife & I decided to take a plunge into home ownership for the first time, I have called several agents and left messages. Rocky was the only one who called me back right away and some of the other agents didn't even return my calls until this day. He was and is very responsive to phone calls, email messages and always ready to go above and beyond what is expected of an agent. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains every detail about the process of the transaction and also whats to expect of first-time home ownership. As a newbie to home ownership this guidance helped me quite a bit. He still keeps in touch even after several months since the transaction has closed . Ours was particularly a hard transaction due to dual-bank short-sale approval, but with Rocky's guidance and his excellent understanding of the market and processes we were able to weather through the closing on-time.
