Rocky is an amazing realtor. He is efficient and very detail oriented. He goes over every aspect and step of the process with his clients, making sure everything is clear and understood. He is always available and responsive to calls and emails and makes himself available to meet with his clients at their convenience. He made a very difficult process so much easier for us! We recommend him to everyone.

Rocky was an excellent agent. He is very patient, and honest. He walked us through the process. We would have been lost without him. The reason we went with Rocky is because he had such good reviews and they were well deserved. We are very happy with our house that Rocky helped us get.

Rocky is an excellent realtor and we would recommend him any day. In 2010, Rocky helped us buy our first home. Being new home buyers we were inexperienced. He walked us through the whole process and helped us negotiate several items from the bank on the foreclosure we purchased. In 2012, when we sold our first home, Rocky again walked us through everything and made both the buying and selling of our home an easy, pleasant, and painless experience. We highly recommend Rocky Lall as a realtor specializing in SD County. We found Rocky on the internet in 2007 when we were planning our move to California from Philadelphia. We talked by phone several times, then made a preliminary trip to look at various communities in North County. Rocky spent days with us showing us many homes as he learned our likes and dislikes. He then stayed in touch for the following year looking for properties for us until we sold our east coast home. We moved to a rental in Carlsbad in early 2008, and began house hunting several days every week with Rocky. He was so knowledgeable and so patient. Rocky guided us on the pros and cons of various neighborhoods, advised on pricing and how to make successful bids. Once we decided on a house in Carlsbad, he helped us find a good mortgage lender and helped us with the myriad of other details of buying a house. Rocky is so good at what he does. He has a very strong business background and a good understanding of the economics of the housing market, which is so important in this very difficult recession. We will probably make at least one more move, perhaps into the city, and will definitely use Rocky as our realtor.

I bought my condo in December of 2008 through the help of Rocky Lall. He was so patient & promptly responded to my e-mails & calls. He worked so hard to negotiate with the price that was within my budget, communicated with me frequently to let me know of the progress and what comes next. He was with me until the end of the transaction. He was very trustworthy, professional and very knowledgeable.

Bought a Condo home in 2008 for approximately $300K in Sabre Springs, San Diego, CA.
Rocky was our agent when we purchased our condo in 2008 in Sabre Springs. He had excellent knowledge of the area (92128 and 92129) and helped guide us through the process. He worked well with the escrow company, the lender and the seller in terms of steering the sale through, getting the necessary documents, etc. He even helped out with the inspection process. He answered all our first-time buyer questions patiently, and was generally a nice person to work with.

Outstanding Service from Rocky. Very knowledgeable, straight to the point, frank, current with the market and a vested interest in making sure I was satisfied with what I got. Great positive attitude and a sense of urgency.
I did not look too hard to find what I wanted because Rocky was with me every step of the way, ensuring I was looking at the right home or something close enough. Rocky ensured my needs were met and my budgeting and family comfort not compromised and within range. I would deal with Rocky at any level and time even if I had other options.
I highly recommend Rocky to others and will definitely take his help if the need arises in future.
