These 2 sales were due to the purchase of the property from one builder and then that builder deciding to cancel his project and he therefore sold it to another builder. It is now recently completed and is for sale as 2 townhomes for $849,000 each.

3 of the units have 2 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms, and there is an owner's unit that has 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are original to the owner's knowledge and we are working with the tax assessor to revise the tax data to reflect the extra bedroo.
