Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Sheboygan Falls, WI.
We listed my fathers house with Roger on a Monday & by the folowing Sunday we a an offer & 2 secondary offers. I believe he listed it at the right price so it sold quickly. He was always available when we had questions.Give him a chance. I think you will be pleased.

Roge sold my house in 2012 within 3 months of listing with him, when the real estate market was just starting to rebound in Shebygan market. He also sold our prior home 11 years ago within 2 weeks of listing at an offer higher than the house was listed at.
