We feel incredibly fortunate to have had Roman represent us in buying our first home. His customer service, ethics, and integrity are truly impressive. He helped us with everything related to the homebuying process (including things that he didn't have to, like insurance considerations and reviewing our mortgage paperwork for fairness) and answered all texts, emails, and calls within minutes, day or night. He kept us informed about everything before it happened, and we had no surprises. He has even continued to offer help and advice after closing regarding maintenance and repairs, etc. Everyone I have talked to has been amazed at what a smooth process we had in our first home purchase, and I can honestly say it's because of Roman's hard work and dedication. I was also completely comfortable with Roman representing both the seller and us at the same time, as he was very aware of and transparent about his duties to each party. He never came close to blurring any ethical lines and was very clear about things he could and could not share with us. Roman truly cares about all of his clients and he is in this business to help people. We will use him in a heartbeat if we ever need a realtor again and will definitely recommend him without hesitation to anyone we know.

Initially I contacted a few realtors and out of the three I contacted, I decided that Roman would be the realtor I would choose. His professionalism, confidence and knowledge made the decision easy. Like a true professional, Roman responded to any questions I had promptly. If there was something he needed to check on, he always called or text me immediately. It was like I had my own personal realtor. In fact, Roman went beyond the call of duty. I live quit a distance from my grandmother's home and it was hard for me to get there to meet electricians,the alarm company, etc. So, Roman offered on several occasions to assist me. Anything Roman said he would do...he did. His follow through was impressive. His confidence in his ability to sell my grandmother's home came true. Within the first day the house was listed, we received multiple offers and in just 4 days we were in escrow. And we received the full asking price for our home. I would highly recommend Roman Mena to anyone.

It was a pleasure to work with Roman! My husband and I purchased our first home and we could not have done it with out Roman's help! He was very patient and extremely helpful through out the whole process. We are sending all our friends/family to him because we are so pleased with his work and integrity.

Roman is an excellent agent. He makes everything simple and stress free. He is very honset and is able to give a variety of choices that help in home buying easier for your life style. I would use him again for all further purchases.

At minimum any agent worth their license should be nice, easy to work with, knowledgeable about the area and help close on time. Roman however far exceeded that and here are only a few examples as to why: At my first meeting with Roman, he gave me a very sobering assessment of what I could and could not do with my budget. He expressed that things were going to be challenging. However, Roman’s conversation was focused on describing the gems that could be found in my desired area. It was just a matter of moving quickly. This positivity in the face of my limited budget was refreshing to hear. And we did find some gems. I made offers on a few but ultimately, my offers were beaten by all cash. Nevertheless, Roman never let me get discouraged. In one instance, I made an offer on a short sale and it seemed the seller’s agent wanted to represent the buyer as well as the seller (which I understand is a frowned-upon practice). Roman graciously offered to step aside just so I could have a shot at the property – and this was after months and months of working with me. I informed Roman that unfortunately for him, he was stuck with me until I found something. Finally I did. It was even outside of my primary area but because Roman grew up in LA he probably had more knowledge about the neighborhood than some transplant who only sold properties there. After my offer was accepted, Roman helped me manage all of the moving parts (lender, selling agent, escrow, insurance agent etc.) and explained everything along the way. My escrow was 30 days to the day and was about as stressful as a stroll through the park.
