Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $375K in Glade Dr - Reston Pky, Reston, VA.

Ron is one of the best. He is very knowledgeable and can answer any questions. You will now find a better agent. It took a very long time to find our house. Ron was very helpful in the entire process. I can not remember how many houses we looked at with Ron but I know it was a lot. It was quite the never ending journey. But I am glad Ron was with us the whole time. Thanks again Ron.

Bought a home in 2014.

Ron just helped my husband and I to purchase our first home. It was not an easy task since we wanted a house in a highly competitive area- Northern Virginia - but Ron nailed it. He went above and beyond to make sure we would get a house that both of us were happy with. He is very knowledgeable and very thorough with his work. He will not let you miss a single detail about the process. Ron is also very responsive, he would always answer our emails or messages right the way, and he was always the first to show up every time we had an appointment or we wanted to see a house. He got us a great deal on our new home. Buying a house is not easy, but Ron did everything he could to help us. I would highly recommend Ron Leffler's services to anyone.

Showed home in 2014 in Chantilly, VA.

I originally contacted Ron to buy a house but he advised me it was better to wait even though I was qualified to buy. In the end I will be in a better position to buy a better house next year than what I could this year. You know you're getting good advice from a realtor who tells you NOT to buy. In the end I will buy the perfect home and it will be with Ron.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $325K in Alexandria, VA.

Ron was a fantastic asset due his communication skills, depth of knowledge and ability to navigate the process of purchasing a home. From the start, Ron was very efficient with returning emails and phonecalls, quickly and thoroughly following up on any questions or concerns I had. Communication is a top priority with me, and coupled with his great interpersonal skills (he is pleasant and easy to talk to), I believe he deserves top marks in this category. Ron was also very considerate of my first home buying experience. He was able to explain all of the various documents and phases during bidding and contract negotiations. Not only did we secure a great purchase price, but also significant concessions on part of the seller, which I believe were a result of his tactful approach to the negotiations. He has also networked with a wealth of reputable vendors, which is an invaluable tool, especially if one’s purchase may require some fixing up. He is also extremely knowledgeable of the technical aspects of a home, from potential issues to the possibilities for improvements. He has a keen eye for both. Overall, Ron left me with the impression that he takes genuine pride in securing a positive experience for the buyer – no easy task given the limitless variables involved with purchasing a home. I strongly recommend Ron as a realtor and a representative for your next purchase, as enlisting his communicative and knowledgeable trademarks will serve you beyond expectations.
