I highly highly recommend the entire Golansky team! Not only do they know all the ins and outs of the entire business but they seem to know everyone in the business which gives you a huge advantage over your competition! Ronald and his team certainly go the extra mile in servicing their customers and make themselves available whenever needed. Buying or selling a home can be an extremely stressful time but Ronald and his team take out the stress due to their expertise and go the extra mile to help you achieve your dream home! They really know how to negotiate!

We would like to thank Ronald once again for an excellent job on the purchase of our first home. His professional manners and negotiating skills resulted in substantial savings. We were amazed and very happy. Ronald's personality and demeanor made me feel like I was an old time friend thru-out the home buying process. His recommendation for our loan broker was also fantastic. We love our home.
Ronald and Oren handled our transaction from day one with the utmost professionalism. When we needed a question or had concerns we called them and we' got a call back right away. Home inspection findings were a very easy fix. We even got a brand new deck! I would HIGHLY recommend Ronald's team. Amazing experience!

Ron was extremely helpful and made this process smooth and easy. He responded to any questions or concerns immediately. He has an extensive knowledge of the local market and how short sale purchases work so you as a buyer will have reasonable expectations. Ron Golansky helped me buy a brand new home in a developing community. He is an excellent negotiator. We got the house with all the upgrades for an amazing price. He understands the market very well and is able to give sound advice. He understood our needs and was very careful to choose a house in a community that is kid friendly. He did not push us to buy a house but was patient and resourceful and stayed with us throughout the whole process. Ron is personable and delivered excellent customer service even after we moved in. We were extremely pleased with the whole searching and buying process. If you are looking for a new home , you are NOT saving money by not using a professional agent like Ron Golansky

I have known Ron Golansky for over 20 years and have done several real estate transactions with him. These have included HUD foreclosures, short sales, investment properties, and places I have lived in. I think he knows his markets, processes, and clients better than anyone I have worked with. You want a real estate agent to be more than an order taker and facilitator. Ronnie has been like a business partner and advisor to me and has saved/made me unquantifiable amounts of money, time, and headaches. I highly recommend him and his team.
