Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $300K in Rehoboth, MA.
We originally entered into a short sake after looking at about 7 or 8 properties. The short sale went no where, out of no fault to Ron. After 4 months, we enteredt he market again to look for a property and found what appeared to be our dream property. Ron coached us through exiting the short sale offer and worked extensively to put pressure on the selling agent. As it turns out, an oversight of the sellers was noticed by Ron that provided an escape. About 6 weeks later we were moving into our dream house. After leaving the short sale, the process was very fluid and easy to understand thanks to Ron's expertise. If you would like to buy property in or around Rehoboth, Ron is the one to go to. Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2011 in Rehoboth, MA.
Ron Rupp listed and marketed our home at 38 Mikayla Ann Dr. in Rehoboth. From start to finish everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The listing photos were professionally done, local painting/handyman contractors were recommended to maximize the appeal of the property, all seller disclosures and contracts were thoroughly explained. Ron is one of the hardest working, honest and successful realtors in my marketplace...I researched this and he surpassed my expectations. Although the house did not sell...Ron never pressured us to accept an unfair offer, he accomodated every request for a showing and always called us with updates afterwards...vital for us sellers...we all want feedback. Helped me rent a Single Family home in Rehoboth, MA.
Hi, my name is Ray C. I met Ron at a local establishment in town. Ron was speaking to the owner of the establishment as well as another customer. I couldnt help over hearing the praiseing both men were giving Ron on past purchases of properties and interests of purchaseing new ones. His personality and character immediately caught my attention. I knew right then that Ron Rupp would be the right individual as a realtor to help me find a home for my family. Ron proved very knowledgeable and reliable when showing properties. His priorities quickly became transparent, that the needs and well beeing of finding a good home for my famiy came befor just wanting to make a sale. Ron became more than just a realtor to my family, he became a lifelong friend. Unfortunate events forced me to deviate from my pursuit of purchasing a home, but my family and i still needed a place to live, Ron being reputable and well respected, immediately put me in contact with a wonderful young lady who is now my landlord. Because of his respectfull reputation the transition of renting a property could not have been easier.
