I was supposed to relocate to Denver and Rosie came recommended from a friend. She was always very quick to return emails and phone calls, and really went above and beyond to help me find my husband and I in our move (and believe me---we looked at a TON of places). Her patience and willing to go the extra mile made her a favorite in our books. Although our relocation timetable has been pushed back, we will definitely use Rosie when we do purchase, and highly recommend her to others!

I connected with Rosie through a recommendation from a friend, and she showed me several properties. It became apparent that she is very knowledgeable about all aspects of the real estate profession. I have bought and sold several homes and worked with many realtors, but she took the time to explain to me details about contracts and closings that none before had done. This was not just standard lip service that you get from most realtors' but solid advice on making the best deal possible. Her background in insurance and general business experience also is great resource to potential buyers or sellers. I recommend you give Rose a call!

Rosie is a very professional and responsive realtor, who puts the desires and best interests of her clients first and foremost. She was very quick, and accurate at providing comparables for both the house I will be looking to sell, as well as for houses I have been viewing. She's also been very patient, since I am in no hurry, and she provided excellent advice on timing, for putting my current home on the market.
Rosie is also "no pressure", and just enjoyable and fun to work with. She really takes the time to get to know you, as well as your real estate goals.
When I am ready to actually list, and/or buy, I will definitely be doing so with Rosie. I'd recommend her, with no reservations, to people I know, or anyone looking for a realtor in the areas in which she specializes.
