Bought a home in 2014.

Buying a home with Rosie is such an enjoyable life event- and it should be, because buying a home is a BIG deal!

Rosie helped us find our starter home 6 years ago, it was such an enjoyable experience. Rosie listens to our likes/dislikes, she can tell us frankly if a home has potential or not, and she has a wealth of knowledge about the bay area market and communities. She knows the ins and outs of the home buying process and takes the initiative to move it along when needed. She practically held our hands every step of the way, relieving our anxiety with her support. The offer/closing/escrow process can leave most people biting their nails!

When we were considering going back into the market this year, we called upon Rosie and started the process all over again. She helped us to build the vision of our next home based on our preferences/needs/wants and as a result we found our "IT" home that we will be raising our family in for the next 20 years.

We respect Rosie's knowledge and experience in this industry and we find ourselves in touch with her frequently with home design questions. I wish I had enough money to buy a home with Rosie every few years.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $550K in Richmond, CA.

Rosie helped us buy our first home in the Bay Area. Coming from MN the market is a lot different, and Rosie was very savvy about the whole East Bay market.

We closed on our house in Richmond Heights and it was 100% due to Rosie's responsiveness and tenacity. Rosie reacted quickly to make the deal happen.

From start to finish, working with Rosie was great. She helped us overcome a number of challenges throughout the process and was equal parts realtor and even counselor. Can't thank her enough for getting us into our home.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $425K in Prescott, Oakland, CA.

The time had come for us to sell our 1889 Victorian, and we were filled with anxiety. Then Rosie arrived, and like Mary Poppins, everything started to flow smoothly.

I'm not going to pretend that selling the house was an easy endeavor, but Rosie kept us moving forward. She was very clear on the process and communicated in a way that was calming and honest. I immediately felt at ease and trusted her. This is no small thing. I'm a disabled veteran with PTSD, and yet, my anxiety level was fine. Somehow I just knew that she was taking good care of us. I never once doubted her.

Her advice was invaluable and we tried to follow it to a tee. Needless to say, selling our house was smooth sailing. Her recommendations for stagers, photographers, pest inspector, and the various other agents involved were great. I felt very safe with them in my home, and they all performed well. The house looked beautiful.

We did two open houses, took offers, and accepted one. Again, Rosie's expertise on the offers was spot on. We had such a short closing, that before I knew it, the house was sold and the money was in the bank. There was not one issue. I wish I could give Rosie a million red stars. She is truly exceptional. So much so that I will always call on her in the future for all of my real estate needs, as well as recommend her to my friends.
