Bought a home in 2014.
My husband and I had a fantastic home-buying experience with Rosie! We needed to buy a house on a tight timeline and from a distance (East Coast), and Rosie hit the ground running. She visited each of the homes in which we were interested, offered thorough and honest feedback (i.e., the presence of pylons near the home, structural defects, etc.), sent us disclosure packets via email, and spent a great deal of time discussing the homes with us over the phone. When it came time to make an offer on the house we picked, she shared with us insider details about the buying process in Oakland, and came up with a strategy we were comfortable with. It worked! Although there were eight (8) offers on the house we picked, Rosie crafted our winning bid. We could not have been in more competent hands.

We recommend Rosie, wholeheartedly, and would definitely turn to her when the time comes to sell our home (with any hope, a long time from now!).

Rosie recently sold our home. She is an excellent, efficient and effective realtor. She is very hands on in every aspect, available 24/7, and takes full control of the selling experience. It was a pleasure working with her and I recommend her highly.

It was such a pleasure working with you and Joe too! After owning your home for 78 years, I was honored that you entrusted me with every detail in selling your home. And what a successful sale it was!

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $675K in Berkeley, CA.
Rosie is not only a great and experienced real estate agent, she is a very nice and honest person and just great to be with. We looked for more than a whole year to find our new home. She never holds back on her opinion about what she thinks is good and bad about a house and for us. Rosie was sincere in finding us 'our home' and not just 'trying to make a sale. We never felt pressured during the process and she was always there for us to answer our question and give her professional opinion. Thanks to Rosie we have now the exact house in the exact neighborhood that we wanted.

I'm so glad that we took the time to find the right house in the RIGHT neighborhood. Your home is so perfect for the two of you. A true urban oasis! It was so worth the wait and patience. I was so thrilled when we learned that your offer had been accepted. Thank you for letting me be a part of this new chapter in your lives.

Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $1.275M in Lafayette, CA.
It is rare that I give 5 stars to anything because nothing is perfect, except the sale of our home. Rosie made an initial presentation to us which included recent comps and the anticipated escrow payout based on our mortgage and our listing price. Rosie assured us that the lower listing price was consistent with the recent listings and sales but that a bidding up process would begin to achieve our real selling price. She was absolutely correct. We received four offers, all over the asking price with the accepted offer 5% higher than our asking price. The process went exactly as she said it would. If you want to sell your home, list it with Rosie. He had a reasonably priced termite man, stager, window washer, and professional photographer. She directed the paint color and gardening requirements. It was really special. Our house sold in one week after the MLS listing, one open house and one brokers' tour.

Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $800K in Woodminster, Oakland, CA.
Rosie is just amazing. Over the course of our 7 month search for our new home, Rosie worked tirelessly for us, meeting us whenever and wherever there was a lead on a home. She gave her honest opinion about homes, prices, neighborhoods, and we really felt like we could trust her and not that she was just "trying to make a sale." You get that feeling from a lot of other realtors.... Every open house we went to, when we told the hosting realtor who we were working with, their response was always, "Oh Rosie! Rosie is great!" And let me tell you, when it comes to wheeling and dealing, it's those connections and that kind of positive reputation amongst colleagues that helps get the job done, and quickly! Thanks to the fantastic team Rosie put together, we managed to close escrow in 10 days! Wow!

In this tough market, Rosie found us exactly the home we wanted, by hearing what we really needed, and encouraging us to keep the faith. Thanks, Rosie!!

Bought a Apartment home in 2013 for approximately $850K in Upper Dimond, Oakland, CA.
This is the second time we've used Rosie. First time for our home second time for a 5 unit commercial property. Both times we've been extremely impressed with her knowledge and efficiency of the market and the process. There wasn't any middle speed with Rosie. She works hard from beginning until end and then some. She represented our interest extremely well even when working with a difficult sales process and time frame. IM TELLING YOU YOU CAN'T FIND ANYONE ELSE THAT WORKS HARDER. Highly recommended

Rosie is very professional and knowledgable. She is extremely responsive and I would highly recommend her. Most importantly, Rosie clearly laid out the process and explained every step in detail. She was always able to answer my questions thoroughly and she was always very quick to follow up throughout the whole process.

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $550K in Concord, CA.
Rosie sold our old house for us and then helped us purchase a new house, so we have seen how outstandingly she performs on both the sale and purchase ends of real estate transactions. I can't stress how much time and effort she put into helping us, going way beyond any possible expectations we had.

For the sale, she completely managed the whole process - we were out of the area at the time, and she handled everything for us. And I mean everything - we didn't do anything except sign the papers and reimburse her for the upgrades she made to make the house more sale ready. Outstanding!

For our recent purchase, she performed amazingly as well. My wife is disabled, and required a fairly difficult arrangement each time she had to look at a house, and Rosie took care of it each time without blinking an eye. The current market is difficult for buyers, so it took nearly a year to find the house we purchased; but Rosie stuck with us and helped us through the long process.

If I could give Rosie 10 stars instead of 5, I would. Rosie is the best! The only complaint is that she did so much for us, we feel guilty!

Sold a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $675K in Crestmont, Oakland, CA.
I strongly recommend Rosie. In fact, I wouldnt recommend anyone else in the East Bay. She puts her clients first - and she knows the market like nobody else. Rosie helped me sell a property in record time - and priced the house very carefully. She worked with me to get the house ready for showing, helping to arrange contractors and overseeing their work (particularly some difficult french drain work needed in the back yard). We had over 120 people at the open house, and a week later, eight very strong offers. She steered me through to working with the best offer, and 20 days later, the property closed.

Patient, resourceful, supportive and highly professional.
