I had Rob Pullon help me purchase a new home for my growing family. We found a foreclosed home and he worked hard to negotiate with the bank for me. We ultimately got the bank to reduce the price from $190,000 to a purchase price of $140,000, what we thought the house was truly worth. Then we turned around and had Rob Pullon sell our house. Our house was only on the market for four months before we had a contract and sold May in 2012.
