Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Moore, OK.
Robert was very helpful in my recent home purchase. I found the website he set up for my local serches easy and convenient to use. I was pleased with the advice he had to offer as far as negotiations and things I should be aware of. I have recommended him to others.

Robert was very prompt and went out of his way to meet me at any time of the day and any day of the week. I would recommend Robert to anyone that is looking to buy a house.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $125K in Oklahoma City, OK.
Robert did a great job helping me find a home in an area of this country I was not familiar with. He was willing to really go to great lengths to find what I was looking for and he was able to make my first time home buying experience comfortable. He was very patient with me and was truly concerned I found the right home.
I have lived in the home for over a year now and enjoy it so much. It is a perfect fit for my current situation and at the right price. I would highly recommend him to others looking for a home.

Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $200K in Oklahoma City, OK.
Robert was extremely engaged and helpful from beginning to end in the process of selling our home. He provided very frequent feedback on market conditions, local listings and potential buyer feedback. In a depressed market we sold our home for 94% of the asking price within one month- much better than anticipated with existing conditions.

Robert recently sold my home. It was a very organized process. Robert was available for questions and concerns. He went above and beyond by being available at my when home when I was not able to make inspections. I highly recommend Robert if you are looking to sell or buy in the OKC metroplex.
