Kyle is an excellent realtor to work with. He is very responsive and will usually get back to you within an hour if not immediately. His style is fast and furious. If you know what you want, he will go above and beyond to help you get it. He showed me 3 properties that I was interested in Los Angeles in a day. Upon my decision to put in an offer, he quickly draft the offer letter and gave me solid advice and feedback throughout the whole home buying process. Every step of the way he was there to offer his knowledge and expertise while being extremely responsive to all my questions. Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $400K in Temple City, CA.

Kyle Ngo is an EXCELLENT realtor. I had the privilege of having Kyle Ngo help me to find and buy my first home in Temple City. It was a long process for me (took me 5 months) but he was there from the very beginning to the end. I learned that buying a house is not just finding the house but doing lots of paperwork and talking to LOTS of people from beginning to end and I'm glad that I had a very hard working and thorough person like Kyle help me out throughout this ENTIRE process.

What I enjoyed the most about Kyle was that he was very THOROUGH in his work with me. He was also EXCELLENT in communication via emails, texts, and phone calls not just with me but with all the other people in this house buying process such as the seller's realtor, the loan officer, the escrow officer, and etc.

Sold a home in 2015.

We sold our condo through Rudy's office. The property was sold in the winter time, which we were told by many other agents that it wasn't gonna sell well, but Rudy's office was positive and confident bout their results, so we made the right choice of choosing them. They are very knowledgeable and very responsive. Their biggest strengths is in their years of knowledge in the real estate and an excellent marketing team.
