I first did my thorough search for agents using different websites and came across Rudy Kusuma. Since he had high ratings I decided to try him. He contacted me almost immediately and had me come into the office. Although I didn't deal directly with Rudy, he seemed like a very knowledgable and hardworking guy. My primary contact was Clarence Yeung. This guy is amazing! He did everything and went out of his way to accommodate me and the prospective tenants. I put my complete trust in him and he delivered. He made the process extremely smooth and easy. I would recommend Rudy, Clarence, and his entire team with renting, buying, selling, you name it. From Rudy's team at NuVision, I got the privilege to have agent Clarence Yeung help my wife and I find the perfect place. YOU HAVE TO WORK WITH CLARENCE... HE IS AMAZING!!! Clarence was extremely professional. He was very responsive via e-mail and text messaging. He went out of his way to make sure that we were very well taken care of. We started our process to find a home to buy and went through the pre-approval process and everything was so smooth thanks to Clarence's great customer service and coordinating with our loan agent. My wife and I are picky and we took six months to look at many different properties. Never once did Clarence express annoyance or pressure us to put an offer on something we were not totally 100% comfortable with. And after all was said and done, my wife and I determined it would be best given our current circumstance that we would rent and not buy. We told Clarence and he was very supportive and even helped us find an off-market rental. It is perfect for my wife and I.
