Linda Pangetsu is the realtor who helped me and my husband in finding our new condominium. She works with Rudi and I gotta say that she is extremely helpful and friendly. She responds very quick to all my emails and inquiries. She fights very aggressively to make sure I can get the condo that I want in any way she can and yes, we finally won the condo that we wanted, beating many other interested clients. I truly recommended Linda and I know she will give you the satisfactions that you expect.

Have not purchased a home yet, I will be sure to use Rudy and his team when I do next year. Being an insurance agent, I frequently work with Real Estate Agents all over the San Gabriel Valley. I must admit that Rudy works harder than any other agent I have ever met, and always goes out of his way to help his friends, family, and clients. Aside from being extremely knowledgable, his business acumen and wits keep him ahead of the game when selling homes for his clients.

I see Rudy with his clients, and when they have questions, he has answers, or at least knows exactly where to find them. I highly recommend this man for your Real Estate demands!
