I wanted to sell my 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo unit on Main Street near downtown Alhambra, CA, so I stopped by the Nuvision office, because I heard Nuvision is good at planning an effective strategy to sell houses. I talked about it with Chris Phan and Kerry Lam at the Nuvision office to set up an appointment at my condo unit, so they would know the location and condition of my unit. Before the meeting at my unit, I received an information packet in the mail containing background information of both agents, the company, and a brochure containing comparable sales prices of similar condo units near to my condo unit, so I could get an idea of what price I could sell my unit for. After agreeing to and signing up for a price chosen not too high to attract offers, Chris and Kerry started to market my condo. They had a staging interior designer move staging furniture into my unit to make it look attractive to prospective buyers. Nuvision uses several specialists working together as a team on your home, allowing their agents to have time to answer your phone calls and text message questions. After 2 weekend open houses, my condo unit got multiple offers, even though a unit nearby with the same floorplan had difficulty getting sold in 3 months. Chris and Kerry set up a meeting with me to discuss the multiple offers and how to counteroffer to get the offers increased so I could get the most for my condo unit. I was able to get an acceptable price for my condo unit in less than 2 weeks, and was able to close escrow a little more than 4 weeks later, the time it took for the buyer’s loan to be approved and funded. Chris and Kerry kept me informed throughout the sales process, answered my phone calls and text messages, explained the forms I needed to sign, and were on time for their meetings with me. Chris also helped a lot by doing repairs requested by the buyer when I was busy out-of-town. Chris and Kerry are very knowledgeable, effective and easy to work with. I would highly recommend contacting them if you need to sell your home.

I worked with Clarence on Rudy's team. They take a team approach which is different than my previous experiences but I think it is better. One of the best things was that I never felt pressured to settle, he wanted to make sure we were doing what I wanted. Kyle, who is a team member with Rudy, helped us buy a house and sold our house! Very smart guy who knows exactly how to negotiate the price and get what you want. Kyle, without a doubt, is an exceptional realtor. Within seeing 5 condos, we made our first offer and it was accepted. Our offer was several thousands of dollars below the highest offer, but Kyle positioned it to be the most attractive to the seller. Kyle's many years of experience was definitely the tipping point between buying a property and letting one slip away. Within 3 weeks, we closed on the deal and I'm extremely pleased with the results. Throughout the home-buying process, there will be problems that come up and it's the job of the realtor to be reassuring, calm, collected, and effective. Kyle is the epitome of those descriptors. And most of all, he will not try and push you to buy a property you don't want/like. I would highly recommend his services to anyone buying or selling a property.

I have learned of Kyle's mortgage experience in the post mortgage correspondent financing world at Countrywide Correspondents Lending Division.

He was able to work with me at the HEIGHT of the mortgage boom in which each and every home listed during this era has a minimum of 'twenty' other offers.

Sufficed to say... We had won the bid for my first home (without being the top dollar offer) against 26 other buyers. Crazy right?

Till this day, I still contact Kyle for mortgage purchases, refinance advice, who to go to, and when/where I should buy.

He's always made himself available. That's always a plus in my book.

Bought a home in 2007.

Kyle helped my family purchase our first home. Being that it was the first time buying, we really didn't know the process at all. Kyle was so kind and patience. Explained to us every step of the way. After about a month of looking we found a home that was a great fit for my family. Kyle was also able to help negotiate for the seller to pay for all of our closing cost!!! Which was awesome since we need funds to remodel the home. He even helped us move!! Now that's going above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend Kyle. As an investor, it was very important to me to find a agent that has an investor's mindset. On top of that I made an offer on a short sale home. Which I know can take a long time. Rudy was with me every step of the way. I got anxious at times because it seemed like nothing was happening. I lost hope and was considering canceling.
