Took us a long time to find our home, but they never gave up, and always had a smile, and we love our new home.

In regard to the quality of service we received in connection with the
purchase of our home I would like to offer the following:
Mr. Russell Peters cante highly recommended to be from a close friend who is also in real
estate (prcperty management, not sales). Frorn the begrnning lr4r. Peters v/as very helpfui
and answered all our questions honestly and completely.
When we met with Mr. Peters to go looking for houses he was well prepared and had prequalified
the houses according to our requirernents. While looking he never tried to sell us
on a house nor did he try to push us into anything. He only responded to our comments
After we found our present home he went to work to prepare our offer and to make sure all
questions were answered and all concerns met. He advised us honestly at every step,
caring more for us making a good decision than him making a sale.
When our VA appraisal came back too low Mr. Peters really went to work. It was obvious
that the appraisal was based upon the use of a poor selection of comparables. Mr. Peters
researched and found comparables which more closely fit our home, visited each of his
selections, took photographs of each, visited the county records and cornpiled
documentation to support his position. Working with our mortgage broker he helped put
together an appeal to the VA to request a re-appraisal.
Because of his hard work, and because he went beyond the extra mile, the house was reappr$
is€d and we got our loan and the rest, as it is said, is history.

I contacted Russell and Patty when we decided to search for a new house. I told them what we had in mind and what I thought was the price we wanted. They researched and located a number or properties, all of which we looked over- and there were many. We finally selected the home we have now, and Russ and Patty guided us through the process as we negotiated for and closed on the home. I was impressed by the knowledge level they demonstrated. I recall that Russ ran some water in the sinks and bathtubs, letting it stand as we looked over the house, which resulted in locating a leak from an upstairs bathtub into the family room below-in a brand new house-and as a result were able to have it fixed before the purchase without difficulty. Without the high degree of professional skill Russ and Patty displayed I would likely not have discovered this leak until we had moved in and would have suffered much more inconvenience, That sort of care and attention to detail exemplifies why I will call on them when next I want to buy a home.

Russ and Patty helped us buy our first home in 1990. Then in 2007 they helped us sell that home and by our second home. They are very experienced and knowledgeable about all aspects of real estate, but are also very friendly and easy to work with. When we were shopping for the new house they would send us many MLS listings via email that met most of our criteria. We would review those and reply with our top candidates. Then Russell visited those and ruled out any that he found did not meet our needs per our detailed list. Then they drove us to all of those houses every weekend until we found a house we wanted. They did all the negotiations for us and explained any terms we did not understand. We recommend Russ and Patty to anyone.

Bought a Single Family home in 2003 for approximately $300K in Martha Lake, Lynnwood, WA.
When my husband took employment in the state in which we now live,we quickly needed an agent(s) to help us. We were advised by our selling agent in our former state to come to a large company and ask for one of the three top buying agents. This is where Russell and Patty come in. My husband's new company provided us with one week of paid expenses to arrange for housing in our new area. And if we bought a house in a specified amount of time, the company would pay the closing costs. My husband was insistent we buy a house right off wen we moved to our new state--no renting. It was a monumental task we were asking, but we gave Russell and Patty our monetary limits, and they put together a list of homes for us to look at. At the end of our first day, I was depressed. The cost of housing in the new area was more expensive, and in order for us to get into a place that was more to our liking, we had to raise our monetary limit. And Russell and Patty quickly did their research and were ready the next day with more homes to show us. At the end of day three (we looked at 30 houses in three days) we found a home, and they helped us arrange the inspection so it could be handled before our week was over and we had to return to our former state and deal with selling our home there. Everything seemed to be in order, and my husband came to our new state and rented an apartment for a month and started in his new job. I stayed behind to sell our former home. When our furnishings were on a truck headed for our new home, we hit a snag. The people buying our old home didn't get their loan. They scrambled for new financing while I wondered what would happen to everything we had on a truck bound for our new destination. Russell and Patty solved the problem by going to the seller of our new (vacant) home and asking if we could rent the home until the sale of our old home was complete. They were great about answering questions about the area (it was new to us), steering us away from homes that had building material issues, and because they know the area so well, they could always tell us what was nearby each home that might influence our decision-making process. Very recently (year 2012) they provided us with market research on our home to help us decide if we want to move, add a home, or stay put. If we ever do move, and Russell and Patty are still in the business, we will definitely be asking them to sell our home. They are that good!!!
