Bought a home in 2011.Summary:
I highly recommend Russell Rougeau who represented me in a recent purchase of a single family home. As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what I was doing so to be able to put my trust in Russ as my representative was immeasurable. He patiently walked me through the entire process from loan prequalification to making the offer, closing the deal, and happily handing me the key to my new home. The transaction was complicated because it was an “as is” property and required interaction with multiple agents. Not only did Russ scrutinize all available information but he spent exorbitant amounts of time diligently researching the property to protect my interests. To reiterate, I am nothing but pleased with Russell Rougeau’s expertise but what really sets him apart is that he cares. He is truly a Buyer’s agent.…More Less

Russ was very informed about the local area. He was a great help in narrowing the endless choices of housing to the ones that were best for me. I would highly recommend Russ to anyone looking for housing.

Sold a Single Family home in 2009 for approximately $250K in Attleboro, MA.Summary:
Russ helped us out with suggestions on what improvements we need to make to update our home so it will sell quickly. He was there though every step of the process. We highly recommend him for sellers and buyers.
