Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $200K in Aloha, OR.
The only thing we regret is not writing this review sooner! Ruth Ann is a true master in her profession. She is very insightful; her input was extremely helpful to my husband and I as we were reviewing our pros and cons of each of the homes. We feel that without Ruth Ann's assistance we would not have the house that we will be growing into for years to come. Ruth Ann was an absolute dream when it came to my husband and I finding and buying our first home. She was incredibly patient, and the furthest thing from pushy and demanding. My husband and I stopped looking for a few months around our wedding, and Ruth Ann just picked right back up where we left off when we notified her that we were ready to start looking again.
Once we found a home we wanted, Ruth Ann was incredibly knowledgeable about the negotiating and buying process. She helped us get a wonderful home, for a great price, in a wonderful neighborhood. We could not have been more pleased!

We have know her for 11 years now. She has helped us with many buys and sells as our family keeps growing. She takes the time to listen to both of you and what you want.
