Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $125K in Franklin Park, Columbus, OH.
I had a great experience working with Ryan, he showed my a very large selection of great houses. I was in the market for a foreclosure, and Ryan was able to find me a clean house for 70% less than what it sold for in 2005!! 2300sq/ft with a pool and a fenced in backyard, I really never imagined I would find something this nice for my price range. Ryan deserves all the credit, he knew exactly what I was looking for, and did a great job negotiating with the bank to get the right price.

Ryan was always on time for appointments, and he was able to be reached whenever I needed him. I would definitely use Ryan again when I'm looking to sell and buy another house.…More Less

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Summit View Forest, Dublin, OH.
We have man conversations. We looked at approximately 20 homes before we found the one we purchased. It was a good expereince.
