Ryan is great! He has a great personality, genuinely cared about our wants and needs in a new home. Ryan met with my fiancé and I, and took the time to answer all of our questions. As first time home buyers, Ryan explained the buying process, and made us feel very comfortable. We had found 5 houses that interested us, Ryan was able to set up back to back showings for us, making the process that much easier for us. (We have 4 children) When the sellers were deciding between our offer, and another very good offer, Ryan worked flawlessly! We made settlement on our dream home within weeks. Communication with Ryan was amazing! He is available through email, phone and text. I can't recommend Ryan strongly enough. He is very dedicated, and has a can do attitude in all situations.
