Ryan Mull's Background
Ryan was born in New Jersey and relocated to California in 1982. Although he attended grade school in San Jose and San Juan Bautista, his family finally planted itself for long term growth in Gilroy in 1988. From Gilroy High School to Gavilan Community College to San Jose State University, Ryan's initial passion was film, the arts and entertainment. He earned degrees in the liberal arts and Spanish, however, he found himself consistently gravitating toward business. While starting a family, Ryan began to work as a contractor to Cisco Systems in 1996, specializing in space planning, design and project management. It proved a great experience and strong foundation for his career in business and, ultimately, real estate. After the "dot com" bust, Ryan migrated to his career in real estate. He's been building his real estate business since 2001 and has had the pleasure to work for such companies as Century 21, Intero Real Estate Services, Coldwell Banker and Windermere. Windermere has become his proud home, and his real estate territories include Santa Clara County, San Mateo County, San Benito County, Santa Cruz County and Monterey County. Ryan is a Realtor and currently manages Windermere Valley Properties in Morgan Hill where he focuses on agent growth and production as well as establishing a presence in the local community.
Kristen Mull's Background
Kristen was born and raised in Gilroy, California. After graduating from Gilroy High School, she moved to Chico where she attended school and studied interior design. After four years, she left for Los Angeles to pursue her career in retail management working for a Fortune 500 company. Nine years later, she decided to work in business to business sales, but ultimately decided to pursue a career in real estate in 2010. Combining real estate with her love for sales, consulting, and interior design, Kristen has effectively been able to enhance her real estate team's strengths by marrying experience and knowledge with a fresh perspective on technology, marketing and business development...tried and proven principles enhanced by modern technology and cutting edge marketing, Kristen covers the gamut in giving all of her clients the dependable real estate experience they deserve.
Ryan & Kristen's Interests
Ryan and Kristen both stay very active participating in such sports and activities as softball, golf, running, exercising, yoga, studying martial arts, hiking, skateboarding, snowboarding and dancing. They were married in October, 2012, and have been focused on raising their 3 beautiful children as well as building their career together as a real estate team. In addition to staying active, they enjoy film, history, travel, music, and meaningful friendships. They always make sure to count their blessings and give thanks daily.
