Bought a Condo home in 2006 in Brookline, MA.
I first met Ryan 7 years ago when purchasing a condo in Brookline. He was always available and even years later when I needed information on other properties he responded in a timely manner and he is always so friendly and helpful.

He is the only real estate professional I would ever recommend.

Sold a Condo home in 2011 in Brookline, MA.
Ryan helped us sell our home in Brookline a couple of years ago. Our home closed in a remarkable 30 calendar days (cash sale) because of Ryan's superior staging, marketing, and negotiating skills. We couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction. As a former real estate agent myself, I know Ryan is one of the area's best Realtors.

Bought a Condo home in 2012 for approximately $325K in East Boston, East Boston, MA.
I was a first time home buyer, Ryan walked me through every step in the process. He gave me all the information I needed to make the right decisions for me. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Boston area and very prepared every time I saw or spoke with him. I have and will continue to recommend him to friends.

Bought a Single Family home in 2013 in Wayland, MA.
Ryan was my buyer's agent when I bought my first house in Wayland, MA. He had helped me a few year's before when I was considering a condo in Somerville. He helped me learn a great deal about the buying process and was patient as we went through a variety of scenarios before landing on a single family home. His calm demeanor and level-headed approach was needed and appreciated during such a stressful process. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a buyer's agent.

Sold a Condo home in 2008 for approximately $325K in Arlington, MA.
With great professionalism, patience, and care, Ryan guided us through the process of finding and purchasing our first home. Through initial consultations, he helped us determine an important personal checklist of property and location requirements, and we are so very grateful that he held us to the standards we set for ourselves. At one point in the search we were getting weary and were ready to settle on a property, but Ryan had the perspective and deep understanding to see that it really wasn't in our best interests, and he helped us to take a step back and reconsider. Another realtor could have easily pushed us into that purchase for an earlier payday. Our search continued, and shortly thereafter we found the perfect condo. Five years later we're still certain that it was the right choice, and ever so thankful that Ryan guided us there.

Sold a home in 2010.
Ryan worked very hard for me. He spent a lot of time holding open houses to sell my house and negotiating the selling price. He is very detail oriented and organized. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell a home or property. In fact, I have!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $1.225M in Brookline, MA.
I came to Ryan from out of state and knew virtually nothing about Cambridge, Brookline or Boston and Ryan was a gem. He must have shown me 50 properties (because I needed to see everything before I could make up my mind) and he knew everything about each one. His professionalism and dedication is extraordinary. Ryan takes the time to really figure out not just what you want, but what you need. I strongly recommend him as an agent for both sales and rentals.

Bought a Multi Family home in 2007 for approximately $300K in Back Bay, Boston, MA.
I can't recommend Ryan enough. He's always been receptive to my calls and I think he did a stellar job during the negotiations (which is my biggest concern). He's even went well out of his way to put together comps on several occasions, when I needed the info in a hurry.
