I have lived in the Colorado counties of Summit, Park and Teller for over 14 years. I know the secrets spots to go swimming as well as gem and mineral collecting not to mention fishing and hiking.

I will walk the land with you from Hartsel to Guffey. Woodland Park still offers some fantastic homes with acreage. Eleven Mile and Spinney Mountain Reservoirs are also worth mentioning because they provide some of the best national natural fishing resources and they are located a heartbeat away from the areas of Divide, Lake George and Florissant.
Trees, water and wildlife are plentiful in the area. Land and homes are at prime prices to buy. Interest rates are amazing!!
