Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $75K in Webster, MA.
Marc is a great guy and an awesome realtor- helped us purchase a home recently- was very personable, knowledgeable and involved in all aspects of the purchase. He really is awesome- as the home buying process is not easy- he worked with us to make sure that the steps we were taking were appropriate and he definitely pushed us to get things done-
He worked around our schedules- he traveled many times to meet us and he always returned messages and phone calls briefly.

Bought a Multiple Occupancy home in 2012 for approximately $100K in Worcester, MA.
I will refer Mark Sacco to anyone who needs a good realtor because of his outstanding service. Mark helped me bought a foreclosured property in past month. The property is not expensive, and dealing with the bank and current tenants are not a easy job. Most realtor won't spend much time on this kind of purchase, just like some other realtor I dealed with. But surprisely Mark was very patient and professional. He is completely dedicated to helping his clients - no matter how small the purchase is and how many unexpected troubles during the process. We have built good relationship during the process.
