OK, as of 2/28/08 they've lowered the zestimate from $584k to $512k but it's still in vast excess to the actual sale price from just a few months back. What's the deal? Zillow seems to count bank ...

This home just sold for $369k. I would therefore posit that the market value of the home is $369k. This makes the zestimate too high by $215k or 58%.
