I grew up with the real estate business, and then married into it. My father was a Real Estate Broker in Kentucky and I grew up working in his office. My husband, Bob Sparks, has been a Broker for 27 years. In 2006 I also became a Broker after working as an agent for 3 years. I retired from a career in early childhood education, owning and managing child care centers in Kentucky and Tennessee.

I am the Relocation Coordinator for this office, having completed the Century 21 VIP Relocation Management and Corporate Relocation trainings. I am also the CGRN (Century 21 Global Referral Network)authorized Office Representative for this office. I have earned the GRI Graduate Realtors Institute designation, the Accredited Buyers Representative ABR designation, and the At Home With Diversity designation. I am an Historic Homes Specialist as well as a member of the Women's Council of Realtors and the 2007 Education Chair for our local chapter. Furthermore, I recently earned the PMN designation from the Women's Council of Realtors.The Performance Management Network (PMN) is a REALTOR® designation built from the ground up to bring you the real-world skills, the know-how and the tools that will keep your business out front and on top of an evolving market.

In 2006 and 2005 I was the Top Producing Agent in our office, having closed properties totaling several million dollars. I also won the designation of Quality Service Producer 2006 and 2005 from our franchise, an honor given only to the few agents who have completed client service surveys with an average score of 90 or above. I also received the Silver Award of Excellence from our local Knoxville MLS Board for production acheivement in 2006.

We have four grown children, eight grandchildren and a golden retriever, Honey, who goes to the real estate office everyday as the "greeter". My husband and I enjoy helping people find the right home for their needs. Over the years, we have made many friends in this business that we stay in touch with.
