    Sam did a fantastic job helping us sell our townhouse. He is very professional and explained all of our options and listened to our concerns throughout the entire process - from pricing strategies to negotiations. Sam did a great job marketing our townhouse and we had three competing offers within one week of listing it! Sam was quick to respond to our questions, provided status updates timely after showings, and always made us feel like selling our place was his priority.     Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $550K in Sauganash, Chicago, IL.
    We were moving from Connecticut to Chicago at the end of 2012. It was actually our realtor in Connecticut that found Sam, contacted him and arranged for us to meet. We did not think anyone could fill the shoes of the realtor we used in CT. Well we quickly discovered that Sam was going to exceed our expectations. Shorty after meeting us Sam was quick to know and understand the type of area and home we would be happy in, never the less he endured and encouraged our continuous search within the city and further into the suburbs. We found Sam to be professional, courtesous, timely and knowledgeable of the Chicago area.
