Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $550K in Sauganash, Chicago, IL.
We were moving from Connecticut to Chicago at the end of 2012. It was actually our realtor in Connecticut that found Sam, contacted him and arranged for us to meet. We did not think anyone could fill the shoes of the realtor we used in CT. Well we quickly discovered that Sam was going to exceed our expectations.
