She is very organized, professional, and knowledgeable about the area market. Rather than a bunch of "sales speak", she communicated reality. She is what a realtor should be - trustworthy and knowledgable.

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 in Vero Beach, FL.
I can not recommend Sam highly enough. From beginning to end Sam gave us full support and even after the purchase was completed she still continued to help us with local knowledge and finding refurbishment companies. Without her help day in day out this purchase would have been very difficult and certainly not completed as fast and easily as it was.

As first time home buyers, we were very nervous about the process and had tons of questions. Sam was amazing to work with and very patient with us. She is always available either by phone, email or even text. She knows Vero better than anybody else and we wouldn't hesitate to work with her again! She helped us get our dream home and we couldn't be happier.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $150K in Vero Beach, FL.
When my husband and I decided to relocate within Vero Beach late last year, Sam was recommended to us, and after meeting with her, we knew immediately that she was the perfect real estate agent for us. We were impressed with her deep professionalism and knowledge of the local market. She took the time to listen to our ideas and requirements and presented us with the correct options within a very short period of time. It is particularly relevant that it was the second property she showed us that we knew was the right one for us. Additionally, Sam is deeply familiar with other local contractors and services required in setting up a new home, and all her recommendations to us in that regard worked out perfectly. When we decided to put our second house on the market, it made perfect sense to call Sam and list it with her. It is with great pleasure that I recommend Sam Robbins.

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Vero Beach, FL.
After selling our home in 5 days, we drove from Connecticut to Vero Beach, without having a Florida agent yet. Friends helped us to obtain a rental while we looked for a home. When we arrived, I picked up a Real Estate Booklet as I needed to find an agent. With so many agents listed there, I wasn't sure who to call. But, when I looked at the photo of Sam Robbins, I saw that she looked so much like our Connecticut realtor, so I called her. That was our lucky day!
Sam was so friendly, knowledgeable of the area and just a joy to work with. She showed us a lot of homes in a weeks time and we ultimately bought our home at the end of that week.
I would highly recommend Sam Robbins!

My wife and I arranged to meet with Sam on a recent Saturday morning, the first time we had ever met with her. By Saturday evening, Sam had helped us find our dream vacation home condo !!!
We had arranged this meeting by simply finding her on this website, and based on the reviews, felt as though she was a good choice.
Well, a good choice is an understatement !! Sam is the best realtor that we have ever dealt with, and we wish that we could clone her and have her here in NJ with us !!!
Completely professional, knowledgeable, and helped guide us through the local Florida real estate market, which is quite different than NJ.
A very un-stressful home buying experience.

Thanks to Sam, I found my dream home in Vero Beach! Sam helped me so much throughout the process where this was my first home and I lived some 1300+ miles away. I would highly recommed her as her knowledge of the area and the whole process is amazing!

Bought a Single Family home in 2011 in Vero Beach, FL.
Working with Sam Robbins was a delight! I had misgivings about buying a condo in Florida while living 1400 miles away. I didn't know any real estate agents in the state. I could not get down to view the unit before making an offer on it and I couldn't be there for the closing! I did not need to worry! Sam Robbins made it all happen ... from taking friends and family members through the condo to view it for me, to helping me make the initial offer and negotiate the final price, to arranging inspections and reviewing the results with me, through arranging the final closing. And it was all done while I was 1400 miles away! I still cannot believe it all happened so smoothly! Sam has my sincere thanks and I recommend anyone looking to buy real estate in Vero to talk to Sam Robbins.
