Samantha Sax joins Prudential Douglas Elliman with several years of experience working in real estate in New York and abroad. Following in her family's footsteps, Samantha is devoted to a life immersed in real estate and hospitality. After attending The School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, Samantha was Assistant Director of Development for an international real estate and hotel developer with projects in Sardinia, Tuscany, Rome and Marrakech. Most recently, Samantha was a Project Manager at The Developer's Group where she worked on pre-development planning, marketing and sales. Samantha's extensive knowledge of the Manhattan and Brooklyn markets was not only attained through her work experience, but through her experiences growing up in Manhattan. Samantha's passion for real estate is evident after only speaking with her for a few minutes, and her honest nature allows for the creation of long lasting relationships with clients, buyers and developers.
