Bought a home in 2010.
Rosemarie was the only one that gave me hope in purchasing a home in Las Vegas. I had utilized two other realtors prior to Rosemarie and spent money with travel expenses looking for a home over a year, with no luck. Rosemarie gave me a realistic view of the home I could purchase and afford and thus found a home for me within 4mos. I am very pleased with the service I received, her professionalism and the extra mile she contributed in order for me to purchase my "vacation home". Bought a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $125K in Las Vegas, NV.
Rosemarie was my first and only choice (A Great Choice!!). She was recommended by family and was a master at was she does. She was knowledge about everything and as I first time home buyer she guide me for the first step to the last, even when she was sick, which help me out a lot. Bought a home in 2009.
I had gone through two other agents who were unorganized didn't return calls and were a waste of my time. When I called she was very professional always quick to call me or email me back when I had any questions.
