The first time we log in we can search by Tea, SD and houses come up. If we hit back it will come up with Sorry, problem encountered please try later. No amount of refreshing, logging off the site, coming back in etc. seems to work. Get the Sorry message again and again. Using Windows XP with up to date Explorer etc. Since it searches the first time just fine, it seems like something is wrong somewhere. Thanks
