Sandi Cornett is one of the best agents I have worked with. I had my house on the market for a year with a different agent before I hired Sandi. Her insights into what will make the house sell quickly were excellent and we took her advice. She was instrumental in even arranging for reasonably priced individuals to help improve the inside appearance and curb-appeal of the house. The house was sold within 4 months and at a price that was better than we expected. She negotiated the deal well and was very prompt in communicating back-and-forth between the parties. I would strongly recommend Sandi to anyone who wants to sell their home quickly at a good price.
