Bought a Single Family home in 2010 in Townsite, Henderson, NV.
Sandi Oberling, is the best agent I have ever had. I have bought and sold several houses in several states and have had both good and bad agents. Therefore I feel my past experience can qualify me to judge. I must say she was the very best and with all her hard work everything went so smooth. I could find no fault with this agent from the very first phone call to find my house all the way through closing. She worked very hard to find just the right house for me and to find one in my price range along with many other kind, considerate and helpful things above and beyond the call of duty. Bought a Single Family home in 2013 for approximately $250K in Enterprise, Las Vegas, NV.
Sandi worked with my husband and I on a short sale home that took 7 months to close. She kept us informed every step of the way. We had to seek other financing than the original lender and Sandi helped us find a great bank to work with. This made us have faith in the sale of the home and we stuck to it.
