Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Milwaukie, OR.
I am not a person who is easily impressed. However, my experience with Sandy as my realtor has been phenomenal. It didn't take me long to see how well-versed she is in her line of work. From her experience in mortgage financing, to her methods of learning what I was really searching for, she is tops!

Bought a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $225K in Milwaukie, OR.
We were SO blessed to find Sandy to represent us! She was awesome to work with, really listened to what we wanted and was really great about helping us understand the market and pros/cons of the areas we were looking in. This was our first home purchase as a married couple and Sandy ensured the process was smooth and painless for us. She was confident in the offer she put in and even got us a home warranty, which was great because after we moved in we discovered the dryer didn't heat. Not a problem! The home warranty process was easy and saved us money (always a good thing!).
Sandy is also just a really great person who made the whole experience fun and relatively stress-free! She went above and beyond even after we had moved in to help with making some changes to some legal-stuff on the house.
Overall, Sandy is awesome and folks would be crazy to not work with her! I've already given out her name to several people and will gladly continue to do so!
