Listed, but didn't sell my home in 2010.
I have know Sandy for a couple of years and have had the pleasure of working with her in many aspects. Sandy has the highest integrity when dealing with her clients. Because she knows the market so well, and has established a great reputation among other agents, she is able to negotiate the best deal for her buyers and sellers.
I have never known Sandy to ever try to "sell" a client on a property. She does an excellent job of listening to the what the buyer is looking for, then goes out and finds it. Sellers are thrilled with the consistent effort that Sandy applies in getting their home sold, at the best price possible. She also is realistic in her approach to properly pricing a home for sale.
