My name is Sandy McNutt, and I am a Broker Associate with Remax Partners in Corona, California. Real Estate has changed drastically in the past 5 years. In this market we see more sellers and buyers being exposed to situations and opportunities that are new to them, such as selling a home through a short sale and the potential to purchase short sales and bank owned properties. In order to serve these clients to the best of my ability I have dedicated myself to getting as much education as I can in these areas. In order to assist short sale and REO clients, I have obtained the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) designations and the very time-intensive, Five Star Institute - which includes both REO and Short Sale focuses. The Certified Residential Specialist designation, (CRS), a designation only 3% of Realtors have, requires many hours of classwork and a minimum production standard so clients can rest assured that a CRS has excellent experience. Other designations include the Graduate Realtor Institute, (GRI) and Accredited Buyers Representative, (ABR) designations. I have been selling real estate for 10 years and have sold over 140 homes. I enjoy assisting first time home buyers, move-up buyers, relocation clients, equity sales, short sale and REO buyers and sellers. With thoughtful marketing plans, professional photography and virtual tours, I've been able to sell my listings quickly for excellent prices. I believe in taking the time to answer all of the client's questions and responding to all communications promptly. Referrals are the backbone of my business and I'm proud that my clients feel they can safely recommend me to their family and friends.
I served as Director of the Inland Valley Board of Realtors for the years 2009 and 2010. I graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science degree in Textiles and Interior Design, with a minor in Business Administration.
I've been in sales all my life and enjoy what I'm doing very much.
I am married, with two children,19 and 21 years old, and have lived in Riverside for 18 years. I have been active in several community groups, such as the Riverside Panhellenic Council, Junior League and the Newcomers Club. I also have been on the site council of my children's elementary school and a school volunteer for years. I enjoyed my time working in the schools so well that I became a substitute teacher at Polytechnic High School for 5 years. I have been President and board member of my daughters' swim team, Tidal Waves, and a parent volunteer at Riverside Aquatics.
