Sold a home in 2011.Summary:
Sandy and her team did an outstanding job of selling my house. Not only did Sandy sell it in only 6 days, but we got above asking price and closed with-in 30 days with no issues. Sandy and her team are true professionals and were able with give us a referral to another great real estate agent that helped us find our new home in Charlotte, NC. We have moved with my husband?s job 4 times now and this has been by far the best experience, we would highly recommend Sandy and her team to everyone.…More Less

Listed, but didn't sell my Single Family home in 2006 in Canton, MI.Summary:
As a result of her analysis and expert opinion, we listed my house at too high a price initially. When adjusting the sales price to a lower amount, we were always behind the market value. Ended up losing more as a result of her not staying on top of the situation, making timely adjustments to keep the property price in line with the market. I actually had to call her to make suggestions and request to have a lower price posted. Very passive and not an aggressive sales person once she has your contract to list your house. Oh, she says all the right things, gets you to sign on with her, and then kind of a all show and no go at that point. I was not happy with her.…More Less
