Real Estate Professional
Ratings & Reviews
We were first time home buyers and were referred to San through some friends of ours who had also used San as their realtor. At first we were using a realtor we met at an open house, but we were not happy with this realtor and felt like he was just trying to get a quick sale. When we met San, we immediately felt very comfortable with her. She really listened to us,and understood the type of home we were looking for. She was very professional, followed up very quickly, and kept us informed about every aspect of the process. She facilitated everything from the lender to the home inspector and closing. She got us a really good deal on our home and we could not be happier! We would definitely recommend San as a Realtor! She is a 10+ !!…More Less

My Service Promise to My Clients
I will return your phone call, emails and text messages asap, quickly!
I will keep you informed; I will communicate with you all along the way, when you are buying and/or selling a property.
Throughout the years, I have worn many hats that have contributed in one way or another to my success in working with a variety of personalities within the real estate industry. I am a wife, mother , life-long student, licensed practical nurse, and an avid climber of glacier covered mountains. Most recently I've studied at The Women's College at The University of Denver, prior to embarking on my career as a licensed REALTOR.
Did I mention the glacier covered mountains? In my mid-forties I read the book Into Thin Air and decided I wanted to start climbing; after nothing more strenuous in life than getting the perfect suntan. I went on to climb Mt. Rainier, Mt. Shasta, Cotopaxi (Ecuador), Mt. Whitney, and last but not least Mt. McKinley (Denali) in Alaska. My determination in the face of physical challenges is the same determination I apply to the professional challenges of providing the best possible service to my real estate clients.
