We were first time home buyers and were referred to San through some friends of ours who had also used San as their realtor. At first we were using a realtor we met at an open house, but we were not happy with this realtor and felt like he was just trying to get a quick sale. When we met San, we immediately felt very comfortable with her. She really listened to us,and understood the type of home we were looking for. She was very professional, followed up very quickly, and kept us informed about every aspect of the process. She facilitated everything from the lender to the home inspector and closing.
