Summary:

Sara Driscoll and Daryl Petsch (Real Living Lifestyles) are a team. They work together to maximize customer satisfaction. To cut to the chase, they are the best realtors I have ever had the pleasure to work with, and I have had some really good ones through a dozen or so purchases and sales in several states. Daryl really listened to our needs and quickly found us the ideal property. Sara masterfully negotiated on our behalf and worked every detail up through and even after the closing, including recommending reliable and cost effective workers to meet our needs after the sale. With the changes in the last few years in the real estate market and the associated loan and closing processes, I would not do anything without a really good realtor, and these guys are it. They are absolute experts in their field, very attentive, and always put their customer (buyer of seller) first. In addition, they are both really nice people to work with.More Less

In our experience, the team of Sara and Daryl have repeatedly gone out of their way to smooth and calm the buying and selling processes for us. They went beyond the call of duty in many instances in their dealings with us, vendors, lenders, buyers and sellers and other realtors. When purchasing our home, we were one of a number of very competitive offers. Without the expertise of Sara and Daryl we are convinced the deal would have fallen through. In the sale of our home we were once again faced with multiple offers. Sara and Daryl guided us through the process and helped us get our desired sales price.

Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $475K in Rancho Bernardo, San Diego, CA.

Summary:

Sara and Daryl made the difference, we tried others with patience and got no results. We saw their " for sale sign" at a home near our neighborhood and in what seemed a few days we noticed a sold sign at the property. We called and were impressed with the professional manner in which they approach the business of selling property for a client.The process was not an extended one, we did get several offers and Sara is an absolute expert in adviceing towards a sucessful sale. We have sold other properties, this was an very gratifying experince.More Less

We arrived in San Diego 23 years ago with only a single acquaintance in the county. Since he was a Realtor, our client base was zero. With that as a starting point, we focused on serving each client as though they were our only priority. It was that level of responsiveness and personal attention which has resulted in a thriving business consisting of repeat clients and referrals totaling 68% today.

Cultivating client loyalty was a process that we enjoyed very much. In fact, it was what made all of the long hours worthwhile as we carved out our niche in the real estate world. After 27 full-time years of experience, first in Denver and then in San Diego, we still encounter unique situations at some point in every sale.
