Sara and Daryl were very professional and patient. They guided us through the sale process, making suggestions to help us sell our property in a down market. The home was sold in less than three months. They did not just sell the property, they marketed it. They sat with us and made a professional presentation of the real estate market in general, and the market in our area specifically. A professional video presentation was placed on the web, professional brochures were prepared. They took pains to have qualified prospects as potential buyers, and at the end of the process, guided us through the final steps of the sale. They are the most professional agents I have known, and I would recommend them to any and all potential sellers and buyers.

An absolute professional!! Sara was able to effortlessly help me through the process of a short sale in a fairly compressed timeline. Her knowledge of the local real estate market and all applicable guidelines allowed us to obtain multiple offers and many other inquiries during a slow market. Sara was available 24/7 for any and all questions and her friendly & confident demeanor was quite reassuring to me and my family.
