Sarah Butler-Short Bio

Sarah Nancy Butler is a proven, high performing, experienced, dynamic, dedicated, real estate sales Broker at Oceanic Realty, Inc. in Stinson Beach.  She specializes in sales and property management. She was licensed as a California real estate sales agent in 1997 and became Oceanic Realty's broker in 2004.  She has good transaction skills and really enjoys what she does. She also completed GRI training (Graduate, Realtor Institute designation), a RSPS (Resort and Second Home Properties Designation) and is a California Notary. She is versed in the use Docusign, and that facilitates signing documents online.  Sarah is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, Mar Association of Realtors, and Bareis MLS. Sarah's favorite part of being a real estate broker is helping clients through the milestones of purchasing or selling real property.
