Helped me rent a home.
They met me at the house and did not give much information about the house. The first correspondence they said our credit score needed to be a minimum of 700. I responded that it was. When we got to the house. We expressed that we were interested. They said they would get back to us that they had another person to look at it. They never got back to us. Sorry, you feel that way. I wish you would reveal your real name so that I can review the story with the agent who is in charge of rentals. In case you are not aware, the rental market is very active right now and they are rented even before we advertise. We ask everyone to check our website at www.greatrichmond.com from time to time for our rental availabilities. It is impossible and not necessary for us to follow up with each rental call from a few months ago since most rental prospects will not stay in the rental market for an extensive amount of time (unlike purchasers). My firm also does limited property management. Since marketing Staunton Way, we only had 1 similar rental property and it was rented at the first showing. Sold a Single Family home in 2012 for approximately $450K in Glen Allen, VA.

Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Glen Allen, VA.
We have been extremely happy with Sarah Bice. We have recommended her to all of our friends. When we originally started looking for a real estate agent, we interviewed 5 agents. She came to the interview prepared with comparisons for other houses in the area, had a ton of knowledge of the local area, and gave us suggestions that would help sell the house quickly. We decided on Sarah and could not be happier. She listed the house at a higher price than the other 4 agents recommended and we sold it in about 3 weeks. 3 WEEKS! In those 3 weeks, due to her hard work, we had 17 showings. We have a neighbor who listed their house around the same time we did with a different agent and their house is still on the market - it has now been over 6 months. Sarah and her staff are top notch - every time I needed information or updates, I got them immediately.
