Sold a Single Family home in 2011 for approximately $375K in Glen Allen, VA.
We have been extremely happy with Sarah Bice. We have recommended her to all of our friends. When we originally started looking for a real estate agent, we interviewed 5 agents. She came to the interview prepared with comparisons for other houses in the area, had a ton of knowledge of the local area, and gave us suggestions that would help sell the house quickly. We decided on Sarah and could not be happier. She listed the house at a higher price than the other 4 agents recommended and we sold it in about 3 weeks. 3 WEEKS! In those 3 weeks, due to her hard work, we had 17 showings. We have a neighbor who listed their house around the same time we did with a different agent and their house is still on the market - it has now been over 6 months. Sarah and her staff are top notch - every time I needed information or updates, I got them immediately. She recommended local contractors when I needed them and she has even done her research on that. She followed up after the contractors did their work to see if we were happy. We could not be happier that we selected Sarah Bice to sell our house and help us buy a new house. Do yourself a favor and use Sarah for your real estate needs!

Sold a home in 2007.
Sarah Bice was the most efficient, knowledgeable and courteous agent we have ever dealt with! Every time we called Sarah she would get back to us within 20 minutes or less. Than she would set up the appointments ASAP. If she ran into a problem she would call us immediately! I absolutely loved how she communicated with us on every step!! I can't say enough about how friendly Sarah is and willing to help us in anyway! She always went above and beyond her call of duty!!! We also used Sarah to sell our home!! I would do it again a million times if we had Sarah as our agent!!!! I highly recommend her and her company anyday of the week!!!!!! We have used Sarah as our agent for both buying and selling our home and wished she was with us when we purchased our home in CA after a relocation!!!! Sarah is AMAZING!!!!

Sarah is awesome to work with. We would like to give her 5+++++. she helped us found a house in short pump neighborhood. This is our second time buying a house, and we are very impressed by her knowledge of the realstate market locally and in general. She masters in efficiency. She arranges the showing so smoothly and efficiently more than I could imagine. She shows a high degree of professionalism. She gives very candid opinions and knowledgeable advice about each house we looked at (and she remembers each one the property!!!). She never withheld any information. She is there to help the customer not just to sell the house. She makes excellent estimates of house value, you can trust her on that, it make our purchase very smooth. She is always patient to answer all sorts of question, and never becomes tired of them. She works hard (harder than both of us who are physicians). And most of all, her service does not stop after the property is sold, she provides generous help with finding contractors for fixing small things, doing renovations, and information on schools and daycares. We are so lucky choosing her as our agent. We recommend her and will pick her again with hesitance.
We hired Sarah to help us sell our home and she was able to do so in just 3 days! In short, she just knows what sells. What's different about Sarah is that she cares and first impression means everything to her. Sarah and her crew put in a lot of hard work and sweat to prepare our home for sale. She came to our home and helped us de-clutter, clean, and decorate our house. She really transformed my home to the point where I did not want to sell it! She also hired a professional photographer to take pictures of our home.
We also hired Sarah to purchase our new home. Our builder was a tough one, but Sarah helped us negotiate down to the price we wanted. I cannot say enough good about her.
